I have been saving this podcast for when I felt I could be open to any feelings this would bring up for me. I woke up this morning and felt ready. I am so grateful for your openness and honesty. Like you I have scars and things that trigger when I least expect them. And I am lucky to be with someone who is so good at communicating and allowing me the room I need to feel everything.
